2019 WHL Wallace Memorial Event - August 17 & 18

Vendor information

Vendors and sutlers with American Civil War period products are invited to participate in the La Salle County – Civil War: WHL Wallace in Seneca, Illinois.

Information must be submitted no later than April 1st for early registration. On-site sign in and Release and Indemnity Agreement form completion required for all.

ALL NET PROCEEDS GO TO THE RESTORATION AND MAINTENANCE OF THE DICKEY CEMETERY; GENERAL WALLACE’S RESTING PLACE.

Vendor Event Participation Request

The vendor application and waiver form must be completed in its entirety prior to the above vendor’s participation in the event. Vendors' signature is required on this form prior to the individual's participation. The 2019 WHL. Wallace Memorial Event; Seneca, IL will have vendor times on Saturday August 17, 2018 from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM and Sunday, August 18, 2019 9:00 am to 1:00 PM at FFA Land Lab in Seneca, Illinois.

This document must be completed and returned to the WHL. Wallace Memorial Event Committee no later than Friday, August 16, 2018. Your application cannot be confirmed without the receipt of the enclosed and/or requested documents and full payment. Vendor locations will be assigned in the order we receive your completed paperwork and full payment. All food vendors must comply with La Salle County Health Department. Space is limited, so please don’t delay and possibly miss out on this opportunity.
